Fat loss

“Just eat less and exercise more” is often the advice when someone expresses the desire to lose weight. But there is nothing ordinary about fat loss. Otherwise everyone would achieve it in no time. But how much less should you eat? ? And what do you eat? When do you eat? How often do you exercise and what do you do? Not everyone knows where and how to start.

If you want to lose fat, you will have to create a calorie deficit, so that your body has to use your fat reserves for your energy needs. I think for successful fat loss you should use one or more of the strategies below:

Counting calories
This allows you to keep track of whether you are indeed below your daily calorie requirement. Fat loss depends on an energy deficit, which you will have to monitor.

Strength training
This allows you to increase your energy needs, both by using extra energy during training and at rest. Because you get bigger and stronger muscles, they consume more energy.

Cardio training
Endurance training that mainly uses fat burning as fuel.
